I&#039;ve always said &quot;Give the customer what he asks for, he&#039;ll be happy. Give the customer what they need, and they&#039;ll be back&quot; It&#039;s about being intuitive to your client&#039;s needs versus their perceived needs. Sometimes, that line will be blurred, but it&#039;s the event consultant&#039;s responsiblity and duty to know the difference.
