Brian, you have some interesting content but it’s very difficult to read because you have so much of it in all caps. It’s like you’re screaming at me and good basic adult learning & retention best practices are to use all caps as little as possible because it’s difficult for the eye to follow & read. I would love to share more of your info with people but I know they would text me wanting to know why I’m sharing content of someone always screaming at them. Also makes you come across as desperate and needing attention. I suspect your goal is to provide emphasis but it’s not working for me. Thankfully you didn’t do that in your report or I would have sent it back.

Jeff … thank you, thank you. My CSS starts the first line of each paragraph with all caps. I’m to blame for letting that happen. I truly appreciate your feedback and I’m changing my CSS right now. Thank you for taking the time to share your advice. I promise to stop screaming right now
I hope the new look and feel is easier on the eyes.
