Knowledge and connections are even more important than capital. Start by working for established event producers, learn all you can about your market - which vendors can be trusted, best prices, etc. Build relationships with them so that when you land your first client they will not require as much money up front - this is how you can finance yourself.

The site was slow to load but looks good. One thing you might want to add is the "call to action" ... tell the visitor to fill out the form or call you NOW before you are booked up.

Hi Zhaleh!
Always great to hear from you. While your end goal is to get a customer to book a trip, your call to action should be low risk action. Get the client to sign up for your email list by requesting a free report or safari planner, etc. Then you can do follow up marketing with them.
Very few visitors are ready to book the very first time they find your site. I think a better call to action is to give them a good reason to fill out a form so you can use automated emails to market to them over time. Speak to you soon!

As usual, very informative and useful information Brian!

We have recently redesigned/rebuilt our website using several of your marketing and design tips & tricks. Too soon to measure response but we are more confident our message and CTA is much more on target than before.

Keep up the great work!

Great tips brian. i know you are right. When is it to much on one hand i want to inform the clients what they can do when visiting tanzania and on the other hand i want to inform the site visitor that there are otpher reasons for coming to tanzania. Not only on a personal holiday but also for a corporate outing and weddings. I know i can simplify such as vip, product launching, trible celebrations, etc. furthermore i need to change a couple of things on the websites such as my sub buttons:they all need to be at the same possition.

My call to actions is symple...i want them to book a safari. so i think i need to add a form for more information or fill in the form to receive a special discounted on any zanzibar holiday booked between a certain date.
Looking forward talking to you
